Facilitated a one day seminar on Communication Skills for the ‘Help A Child of India‘ Chennai team.
We discussed the dynamics of human communication, principles of effective communication, communication models and check points for negative communication. We learnt about the power of words and their impact in relationship, both at the workplaces and in our personal lives with activities & some applied learning techniques.
The important success factor in working with this team is their ability to have an excellent group discussions. The discussions (and arguments) leads the whole group to better clarity on the subject.
