TikTok partners with Penguin allowing users to tag their books in videos: Connected Church News

TikTok has made announcement about a new interesting feature that lets you tag a book inside TikTok videos. This comes out of the partnership that TikTok has with Penguin Random House and people who have the books from this publisher will now be able to create a link in TikTok video clips. And when others click on the link, it will open up to a page that has things like the summary of the book and videos of other people who have talked about the book and so on. So it’s a nice little way to bring together a community of people and ideas around one book. So this is a feature that could really be useful, especially in #BookTok, which is the hashtag you use on TikTok for books. And according to TikTok,this hashtag has had 77 billion views. TikTok is really innovating. One of the influencers that TikTok is thinking like a startup and innovating. I totally agree.
