YouTube released key insights about how people use the playback speed feature within the platform. This is a trend that you as a nonprofit of ministry might want to pay attention to because it is interesting to see how people are starting to prefer speed variation when they watch videos on YouTube. YouTube says that most people prefer to change the speed. In fact, most people prefer to have videos play at a faster speed and the speed which people seem to prefer seems to be 1.5x. That is the speed that people choose more often, according to YouTube, followed by 2x. So when you deliver your message for your YouTube audience, you might want to keep this in mind and maybe deliver your message a little bit slowly so that even when people speed up and they want to watch a video quickly, you are not running too fast, you are still being legible to them. Something for you to think of as a nonprofit or a ministry.
