YouTube Partners with Frontier & Moves Towards the Future of TV

Google wants YouTube TV to be the future of television. For the last couple of years, they’ve been taking steps towards that. And last week there was a significant announcement with a partnership with Frontier Fiber optic cable internet service provider. So basically the audience will get internet and television provided to their home with a single bill. This is an arrangement that shifts the dynamics in the television industry. So if you’re a ministry focused on TV as a media, you might want to pay attention to the shift because the announcement says “our partnership with YouTube TV makes it easier for customers to ditch cable. And we take our position as the Un-Cable provider seriously”. And the announcement also says “many want one source for internet and TV, and that’s what this partnership is all about”
